Little Champs is the best way to introduce your little one to Jiu Jitsu through fun games in a 45 minute lesson while improving their basic movement skills, fitness level, awareness and confidence.
Kids & Jr. Flow is a fun way to develop children’s confidence, problem solving skills, motor/ sensory skills, strength and balance.
The core purpose of the program is to teach children how to deal with the most common verbal and physical “bully” attacks. Using real life scenarios and examples, this class empowers students to resolve a verbal or physical confrontation using the most effective self-defense system in the world: Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
In class we also work on basic movement skills – run, jump, balance, lift, carry, throw and catch – through different training courses that will improve movement, coordination, strength and balance.
45 – 60 minute sessions include:
- 15 minute routine of functional movement, conditioning and strengthening exercises.
- 40 minutes of self-defense and conflict resolution techniques that include standup and ground fighting.
- 5 minutes of games.
Every 20 classes the student will be awarded a new degree on their belt. Once they have four degrees (represented by stripes) they will qualify to be considered for promotion to their next belt!
When Kids turn 8 years old they qualify to join Junior Flow® in this class they will be challenged with new, more complex situations, additional movement skills and self-defense techniques.
Ages: 14+
BASIC FLOW® is our beginner Program for adults.
Learn how to skillfully and mindfully: Run, Jump, Balance, Lift, Carry, Throw, Catch, Strike and Grapple.
The Self-Defense portion of the program is Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, the same hand to hand combat system used by the US Military and many Law Enforcement agencies.
The Functional Movement portion of the program will show you how to move better and more efficiently while making you Physically Fit and Competent.
6o minute session includes:
- 10 minutes of Skillful Movement.
- 5 minute Self-Defense Review.
- 35 minutes of Self Defense techniques.
- 10 minutes of Self-Defense and Movement Flow or focused sparring.
All fitness levels are welcome. You can start the program at any time and with no previous experience. Safety, physical competence and sustainability are our priority.
Learn the BASICS of Movement and Self Defense in 29 Lessons!
Although Movement and Jiu-Jitsu consist of thousands of techniques, the Basic Flow program focuses on 60 core self-defense techniques and 10 basic functional movement skills, showing you all the fundamentals in 29 classes.
Three steps to your Blue Belt:
- Learn the techniques, get the skills! You can complete the 29-class program in any order you want and at your own pace. After you have attended every class twice you qualify for Open Mat sessions (competitive sparring), in which you can test your skills! These sessions are voluntary and not part of the regular curriculum.
- Develop Reflexes and enhance your fitness level with MASTER FLOW®. After completing all BASIC FLOW® lessons twice, you qualify to join our MASTER FLOW® class where you will learn how to combine all movement and self defense skills in cooperative fight sequences that simulate real life scenarios. The purpose of this class is to create better reflexes, improve your energy efficiency and enhance your physical competence and fitness level.
- Test for your Blue Belt! Once you have completed BASIC FLOW® and 20 MASTER FLOW® classes, you will qualify to test for your blue belt and move forward to ADVANCED FLOW®.
Master Flow (Intermediate Level) is the key for street readiness. This class will prepare you to use all the movement and self defense skills and techniques learned during Basic Flow class in a real life situation.
During Master Flow class you will learn how to connect all the Basic Flow techniques together while flowing from one position to the next. You will understand the importance of energy preservation and punch protection through real fight scenarios and sequences.
This is the most important class in the entire curriculum. In this class we also work on all the movement skills, fight simulation, real time self defense drills and focused sparring.

Beyond blue belt, movement and Jiu-Jitsu consist of hundreds of techniques and skills. We have structured this advanced knowledge into positional chapters that connect different techniques into a logical flow for easier learning.

Functional Movement
Every Advanced Flow® class begins with a 15-minute functional movement and fitness workout.
Technical Instruction
In each class the Instructor will show one or two core techniques from the current chapter of study. Each technique is followed by one or two additional variations or flows. Allowing the student to see and drill a sequence of techniques and movements that can be logically put together to resolve different challenges. – 45 minutes –
Focused Sparring
The last 15 minutes of class, the student will have the option to test their skills in flow drills, focused sparring exercises and fight simulation drills. Safety is our number one concern. Therefore all sparring exercises will be performed in a controlled manner.

Private & Semi-Private lessons are tailor made to fit your schedule, give you an edge or advantage in your game, focus your training on the specific goals and challenges you have, or prepare you for the next level towards Black Belt Mastery. Single lessons last 30 minutes and can be purchased as a single lesson or at a discounted rate in blocks of 6, 12 or 24 lessons.
