In 2012 he traveled to the Gracie Academy in Torrance, CA to take part in the Instructors Certification Program (ICP) under Rorion, Ryron and Rener Gracie. A former touring musician (Rosetta) he was initially drawn to Brazilian Jiu jitsu for it’s practicality in self defense. A 3 time Fight 2 win Pro competitor he still competes from time to time. His primary focus is the self defense aspect of the art. David lives in Narberth, PA and is a committed, loving father to a beautiful daughter that also trains Jiu-Jitsu.
Michael Lott
Mike
Mike is a father of five, a member of Our Lady of Lourdes parish, and a probation officer. He trains jiu-jitsu to keep his mind and body limber. He teaches self-defense because children who feel confident and safe can do good, always and everywhere.
He first started training Jiu Jitsu in 2012 after continuously being asked by Alberto to come try it for about two years. He finally made up his mind, tried it, loved it, and now can’t get enough of it. He realized how much good it does to you and to others that decided to become an instructor so he could share the art of Jiu Jitsu. All of his kids train too.
